Maxwell Kaufman is a public policy professional with experience in community and economic development in the City of Detroit, transportation planning and hazard mitigation planning in rural Southwest Minnesota, and qualitative and quantitative research on human rights institutions in India and federal government programs in the United States.
Maxwell’s academic and professional interests center on migration and human rights. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan’s Ford School of Public Policy, focusing on policy analysis methods and international economic development. He also has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Global Studies from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
